Location & Opening Hours

The clubhouse is located at the front of the course, with the entrance walkway situated on the right-hand side.

As you move down the entrance walkway, there is now a virtual Vendi Golf Pro Shop available at all times, which includes a terminal for the credit card payment of social golf green fees. The Vendi Golf machine offers a selection of items for purchase, including golf accessories, drinks, snacks and confectionery. Motorised Golf Carts can be hired by accessing the Vendi Golf website, vendigolf.com.au.

The clubhouse is open for refreshments on competition days:

  • Saturday from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm
  • Sunday after the “Quick 9” competition for approximately one hour
  • Monday after the Women compete for about one hour
  • Thursday, immediately after the Vet’s competition

…and for special golf days and functions.

Outdoor seating facilities on the verandah overlooking the course and toilet facilities (adjacent to the 6th green) are always available for use.

Are you looking for a venue for your next function or celebration? Dungog District & Golf Club offers a convenient and affordable option, ideal for an array of events, from birthdays and weddings to conferences and trade functions.

  • The main function room comfortably seats 100 people for a sit-down dinner
  • The club has 10 round tables and 100 chairs available for your event
  • The kitchen in the clubhouse is very well equipped for your caterer to use 
  • There is a well-stocked bar, and if we don’t serve your preferred beverage, we will order it for you


The base room hire fee is $165.00 for the use of the function room and kitchen. Additional charges apply for such items such as:

  • Setting up tables and chairs (if required)
  • Use of cloth tablecloths
  • Additional equipment required for your function or event


The club also has an external verandah area, extending to the course for more casual events. Sit back, relax and enjoy the picturesque views.
